Chair Moran announced that there will be a special meeting of Planning & Development to discuss the new proposal from the 708 Church development team. Alderman Bernstein asked for clarification that the project would be evaluated under the existing zoning since there is no current zoning under the adopted Downtown Plan. Moran affirmed that this was the case.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday March 3 at 6:00pm in Council Chambers.
